{"id":11325,"date":"2019-06-25T03:01:58","date_gmt":"2019-06-25T01:01:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cfdfeaservice.it\/index.php\/2019\/06\/25\/dl-crescita-sismabonus-esteso-alle-zone-a-rischio-sismico-2-e-3\/"},"modified":"2019-06-25T03:01:58","modified_gmt":"2019-06-25T01:01:58","slug":"dl-crescita-sismabonus-esteso-alle-zone-a-rischio-sismico-2-e-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfdfeaservice.it\/index.php\/2019\/06\/25\/dl-crescita-sismabonus-esteso-alle-zone-a-rischio-sismico-2-e-3\/","title":{"rendered":"DL Crescita: sismabonus esteso alle zone a rischio sismico 2 e 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>In linea generale per fruire del \u201cSismabonus\u201d e del \u201cSismabonus sugli acquisti\u201d per gli immobili siti nella zona 1 \u00e8 necessario che le procedure autorizzatorie dell\u2019intervento agevolato siano state avviate a partire dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Nella Risposta n.62 del 19 febbraio 2019, l\u2019Agenzia ha precisato che per determinare con esattezza la data di avvio della procedura autorizzatoria, nei casi pi\u00f9 incerti di procedimenti avviati nel 2016 e integrati nel 2017, \u00e8 possibile chiedere all\u2019Ufficio tecnico del Comune di attestare la data effettiva di inizio del procedimento.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Va ricordato che, come chiarito dall\u2019Agenzia delle Entrate5 per accedere alla detrazione occorre depositare, insieme al titolo edilizio abilitativo dei lavori antisismici, l\u2019asseverazione relativa alla classe di rischio sismico precedente all\u2019intervento, e a quella raggiungibile a fine lavori.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>In particolare l\u2019Amministrazione finanziaria richiama le disposizioni di attuazione del beneficio, riguardanti sia le linee guida per la classificazione del rischio sismico delle costruzioni, sia le modalit\u00e0 di attestazione, da parte di professionisti abilitati, dell\u2019efficacia degli interventi realizzati, in base alle quali:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>in aggiunta alla documentazione prevista in base alla normativa edilizia, il progettista deve asseverare \u00abla classe di rischio dell\u2019edificio precedente l\u2019intervento e quella conseguibile a seguito dell\u2019esecuzione dell\u2019intervento progettato\u00bb (cfr. anche C.M. 7\/E\/2018);<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>\u00a0l\u2019asseverazione deve essere depositata contestualmente al titolo edilizio abilitativo dell\u2019intervento agevolabile (SCIA e\/o permesso di costruire).
