Il secondo evento dal titolo \u201c<strong>Aumentare la comprensione del cliente: come individuare le giuste leve psicologiche con un dialogo proattivo\u201d <\/strong>si \u00e8 svolto il 25 novembre ed ha sottolineato l\u2019importanza della capacit\u00e0 di porsi in un atteggiamento di ascolto verso il cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Docente del seminario, organizzato dalla Commissione Giovani dell\u2019Ordine, \u00e8 l\u2019ingegnere <strong>Gianluca Calvani<\/strong>, specializzato in marketing e comunicazione, con cui i presenti hanno potuto confrontarsi, conoscere e, successivamente mettere in pratica, le tecniche di vendita utili ad affrontare un dialogo con il cliente per individuarne bisogni e aspettative. In questa occasione i presenti si sono esercitati nella simulazione di un incontro conoscitivo con un potenziale cliente.
