La serie &egrave; composta da 5 modelli (14-17-20-25-32) per soddisfare le esigenze di ogni cliente e garantire la pi&ugrave; ampia applicabilit&agrave;. I giunti AutomationWare sono utilizzabili in una grande variet&agrave; di applicazioni, in particolare su sistemi o macchine rotative, laddove vengono richieste prestazioni di coppia su spazi molto contenuti e\/o controllo diagnostico estremamente sofisticato. L&rsquo;ultimo nato, il <strong>J-32<\/strong> &egrave; un giunto estremamente performante. Basato su un motore torque ad elevate prestazioni, sviluppa una coppia massima di 353 Nm e nominale di 220 Nm grazie ad un riduttore HD ad alte prestazioni. <strong>J-14<\/strong>, uno dei giunti pi&ugrave; piccoli al mondo, consente la rotazione ad alta velocit&agrave; pur mantenendo la coppia massima di 28 Nm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driver di potenza integrato nella meccanica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-22254 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/files\/2020\/02\/1.1-300x188.png?resize=300%2C188&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"J-Actuators\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/files\/2020\/02\/1.1-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/files\/2020\/02\/1.1-768x480.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/files\/2020\/02\/1.1-1024x641.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/files\/2020\/02\/1.1-696x435.png 696w, https:\/\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/files\/2020\/02\/1.1-1068x668.png 1068w, https:\/\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/files\/2020\/02\/1.1-671x420.png 671w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\">I giunti possono essere acquistati anche singolarmente e dispongono di un <strong>driver di potenza integrato nella meccanica e collegabile via EtherCAT<\/strong> per garantire una grande semplificazione del controllo (disponibile anche in ProfiNet in futuro). A completare l&rsquo;elettronica 2 processori (doppi per offrire la necessaria ridondanza), 1 convertitore ADC ad alta risoluzione e una serie di ingressi analogici e digitali per il collegamento di vari sensori. Il bus di campo EtherCAT consente la gestione del motore e dei sensori oltre che la registrazione di una grande quantit&agrave; di dati parametrici rilevati in tempo reale. Il <strong>doppio encoding<\/strong> consente un&rsquo;elevata precisione di posizionamento con una risoluzione di 1.000.000 di livelli di quantizzazione su 360&deg; di rotazione. Grazie a ROS i giunti possono essere configurati con altri prodotti AW per generare sistemi robotici su misura dell&rsquo;applicazione e di facile gestione.&nbsp; I J-Actuators sono dunque il punto di partenza per la costruzione di nuove soluzioni di robotica collaborativa altamente customizzabili in termini di carichi ed area di lavoro.
