Le pi&ugrave; comuni tecniche utilizzate sono quelle attive, per semplificazione raggruppate sotto la categoria di Laser Scanner e quelle passive, la fotogrammetria, cio&egrave; la scienza che consente di ottenere informazioni affidabili di oggetti fisici e dell&rsquo;ambiente circostante mediante processi di registrazione, misura e interpretazione delle immagini fotografiche e digitali.<\/p>\n<p>Il grande vantaggio dei processi relativi al <strong>Reverse Engineering<\/strong> &egrave; quello di poter avere come risultato finale un modello di un oggetto reale, utilizzato per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digitalizzazione di modelli fisici di fasi di concept o di evoluzione del progetto;<\/li>\n<li>Aggiornamento di un modello CADCAS rispetto alle modifiche eseguite su un prototipo;<\/li>\n<li>Verifica di conformit&agrave; tra un prodotto costruito con il modello di progetto;<\/li>\n<li>Visualizzazione render di oggetti reali in scene sintetiche o vice-versa;<\/li>\n<li>Rilievo di un qualsiasi oggetto fisico che possa servire come base\/ispirazione per la modellazione di un nuovo oggetto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Generative Design<\/h3>\n<p>Il <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilprogettistaindustriale.it\/machinery-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Generative Design<\/a> <\/strong>consente di creare migliaia di opzioni di progettazione semplicemente definendo il problema di progettazione &ndash; inserendo parametri di base come altezza, peso che deve supportare, resistenza e opzioni di materiale. &Egrave; un processo di <strong>design iterativo<\/strong> che coinvolge un programma che generer&agrave; un certo numero di output che soddisfano determinati vincoli. Modificando i valori minimi e massimi di un intervallo in cui una variabile del programma soddisfa l&rsquo;insieme dei vincoli si pu&ograve; ridurre o aumentare il numero di output tra cui scegliere.<\/p>\n<h4>Il vantaggio di usarle insieme<\/h4>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;utilizzo combinato delle due tecniche<\/strong> permette di seguire un <strong>workflow di lavoro<\/strong> pi&ugrave; corretto e di ottenere pi&ugrave; facilmente risultati. Il processo, che parte dall&rsquo;acquisizione 3D di un oggetto reale, permette di utilizzare un <strong>modello-copia<\/strong> che pu&ograve; essere modificato secondo le esigenze della riprogettazione con un processo di generative design. In questo modo &egrave; possibile, partendo da una riproduzione tridimensionale accurata, riprogettare l&rsquo;oggetto secondo le esigenze o seguendo determinati <strong>processi di re-design<\/strong> ottenendo diversi prototipi digitali che possono essere confrontati e analizzati per esempio con tecniche FEM.
