{"id":255,"date":"2017-11-28T09:11:43","date_gmt":"2017-11-28T08:11:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cfdfeaitalia.it\/?p=255"},"modified":"2018-01-09T13:50:33","modified_gmt":"2018-01-09T12:50:33","slug":"calcolo-forze-con-paraview","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfdfeaservice.it\/index.php\/2017\/11\/28\/calcolo-forze-con-paraview\/","title":{"rendered":"Calcolo forze e momenti con ParaView"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Cosa sono le azioni fluide?<\/h3>\n<p>Durante una simulazione CFD (<em>Computational Fluid Dynamics<\/em>), secondo il principio di azione e reazione, il fluido che stiamo simulando opporr\u00e0 una serie di forze e momenti su tutte le superfici con cui interagisce. Non esiste una classificazione universale per questo tipo di azioni ma possiamo bene o male definirne alcune tipologie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Forza resistente<\/strong>. Si tratta di una forza la cui componente principale si oppone al moto del fluido, rallentandolo. Per il principio di azione\/reazione, il fluido tender\u00e0 ad accelerare le pareti solide con cui \u00e8 in contatto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Portanza\/deportanza<\/strong>. E&#8217; una forza diretta in direzione normale rispetto al moto del fluido. Si tratta di una forza molto importante in quanto \u00e8 utilizzata negli aereomobili per sostenerli in volo e nelle auto da corsa per aumentare la stabilit\u00e0 in curva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coppia resistente<\/strong>. E&#8217; forse un aspetto pi\u00f9 tecnico rispetto alle precedenti due forze. E&#8217; una coppia che tende a rallentare gli organi rotanti delle turbomacchine &#8211; pompe, turbine, compressori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sono importanti?<\/h3>\n<p>Generalmente tali azioni rappresentano il fine ultimo della simulazione stessa. Pensiamo alla coppia resistente in una girante, piuttosto che la portanza\/resistenza di un&#8217;ala. Proprio una stima ottenuta attraverso analisi fluidodinamiche \u00e8 l&#8217;obiettivo della simulazione stessa. Spesso si tratta di veri e propri parametri di progetto, altrimenti detti requisiti. Attraverso lo studio di queste azioni, infatti, si vuole raggiungere un determinato obiettivo. Ecco perch\u00e8 non vanno mai sottovalutate.<\/p>\n<h3>Come fare tale calcolo?<\/h3>\n<p>Avendo completato l&#8217;analisi CFD, \u00e8 possibile usare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paraview.org\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ParaView<\/a> per fare il post-processing dei dati, ovvero la sequenza di operazioni che ci permette di ottenere il risultato desiderato. Su Youtube vi \u00e8 un&#8217;infinit\u00e0 di tutorials consigliati, ma io suggerisco quello riportato nel video qui sotto. Il prerequisito essenziale per questo calcolo \u00e8 quello di aver completato con successo un&#8217;analisi fluidodinamica.
